Step 2: Mix cinnamon and sugar until well combined
Step 3: Spray the apple slices with oil and season with cinnamon sugar, repeat on other side
Step 4: Place the apple slices in air fryer basket, stacking the sporadically.
Step 5: Cook slices on 300 for 20 minutes, shacking the slices every 5 minutes. Once slices look dry, increase the temp to 325 and cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 6: Remove the apple chips and lit sit for 5-10 minutes to allow for further drying.

Ingredients
- 3 medium or 5 small apples
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Instructions
- Using a mandoline slicer or knife, slice the apples into thin slices. Lay slices on parchment paper.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar until well combined.
- Spray the apple slices with oil and season with cinnamon sugar, repeat on other side
- Place the apple slices in air fryer basket, making sure the overlap is minimized.
- Cook slices on 300 for 20 minutes, shaking the slices every 5 minutes. Once slices look dry, increase the temp to 325 and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Remove the apple chips and let them sit for 5-10 minutes to allow for further drying.
