How to Make Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings
You'll find air fryer chicken wings aren't hard to make. They just take a little bit of time and effort.
Step 1: In a shallow bowl mix together the flour, salt pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In a different shallow bowl whisk the eggs.
Step 2: Cut the wings up. Cut through at each joint.
Step 3: Dredge the wings through the flour mixture, then the egg mixture. Let the egg mixture have a chance to drip any excess off and then dredge through the flour mixture again.
Step 4: Add chicken wings to your air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray the chicken wings so it's coated in olive oil with an oil mister.
Step 5: Cook in your air fryer at 380 for 13 minutes, making sure to flip half way through cooking. After the timer goes off, cook for an additional 400 for 5 minutes to get them nice and crispy.
Step 6: While wings are cooking, make the buffalo sauce. All you need to make this delicious sauce is to melt the butter and mix it with Frank's hot sauce.
Step 7: Using tongs, remove the fried chicken wings from the air fryer basket. Dip the wings into the buffalo sauce and make sure they are completely covered in with it, let them drip for a few seconds and then place onto a serving platter or large plate.
Step 8: Let the cooked wings cool for just a bit, because they will be hot, then enjoy!
