How to reheat twice baked potato?
Yes!
You can reheat twice-baked potatoes in a microwave, a conventional oven and better yet, you can reheat them in an air fryer as well.
I don't recommend reheating in the microwave as the potatoes get chewy and mushy.
I love reheating twice baked potatoes especially frozen ones, in an air fryer. Simply place them in the air fryer basket and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350°F for crispy and perfectly baked twice baked potatoes.
Ingredients
- large russet potatoes
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- butter
- heavy cream
- sour cream
- shredded cheese
How to Make
Step 1: Wash your potatoes really well. Using a fork, puncture holes all around the potatoes.
Step 2: Place the potatoes into the bottom of your air fryer basket, making sure to leave room around each potato. Do not over crowd the potatoes.
Step 3: Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 3 minutes. Cook the potatoes at 400°F for 20 minutes, then rotate the potatoes and cook again at 400°F for 20 minutes, rotate the potatoes. Then, cook them again for 20 minutes at 400°F.
Step 4: Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Use a spoon and scoop out the insides of the potato and place the insides into a mixing bowl.
Step 5: Add half of the cheese, the butter, heavy cream, sour cream and seasonings to the bowl with the potato mixture. Mix well together.
Step 6: Add the mixture back into the hollowed-out potatoes halves.
